    I ordered the controller that has a picture on the website here of the exact same one. I wanted it not the one I got different. Part number doesn’t have the right power connector. It’s two large to fit in the compartment on the bike not happy.

    I bought my Ridstar Q20 bike back in September 2025. I bought it through ACIMA payment center. I am now getting the E10 error. I went through everything. I believe its the controller. Would this be considered a warranty issue?

    My h20 pro was stolen but I confiscated it back . I have repainted the bike and have bought almost all the part new . All except the controller. Im not getting any error code but my bike still won’t move
