I admit i was very nervous about spending this much money on an E-bike I had never seen or ridden. I bit the bullet and bought it because it looked great! So Very fast delivery, 100 to 110 lb box!! like 4 x 6 or so,. That was my first awe moment! Then I opened the box and it was beautiful and heavy-duty! i am a 260 lb guy. it is still huge and speedy and powerful. Charged fast, and took me about an hr to put it all together and align things as you want them. 100 miles in, and awesome! seems to be getting better and better,,,I am a RIDSTAR FAN, And Proud owner of the E26 PRO..

Very skeptical for this bike to live up to the sales pitch!
Ordered the E26 Pro, five days later it arrived, the box had a gash in the side of it, so I kept looking for something to be missing or damaged. Ok, everything is there, and no damage, and heavy duty! Then with the help of the included link to the instructional unboxing and build video, it was completed.
The quality, and the condition started getting me excited for the first ride.
I saw the battery was fully charged, so great! Lets go! I don’t know if there is a break in procedure but, here we go, the torque was good for a bike this heavy until I switched on the front motor and this thing turned into Godzilla! After a small break in period around the block, the power and the hill climb ability are outstanding! I was a little disappointed with the braking at first, but with a little break in period they work as advertised also.
Now it is hard to take the smile off of my face, because I commute to and from work with this and I can get home 30 minutes faster than my other e-bike, and still have battery left to climb the last hill. Awesome! So far it is a winner!
