Ridstar electric bike h20 recommended rider height is 5’4″ ~ 6’2″, payload 330 lbs at maximum.
Yes, some assembly is required handlebars need to be bolted on front wheel needs to be installed on the front forks. Takes about 45 minutes to assemble. You can also refer to our assembly video guide for step-by-step instructions
There is 3 working mode for you choose:
Pure electric bike mode(just put your feet on the pedal no need to peddle); Pedal assist mode( gently step on the pedal); Normal bike mode.

I found this bike great for what I use it for easy to fold , with a lot on it for the bargain price (lights horn disc brakes front and rear suspension) the LCD crontrol very easy to use as well making it joy to change on the move so looking forward to more outings putting the bikes in the boot and off

love the my ridstar ebike it is my first ebike only thing is wish there was app for the bike and there is way to get spare wall charger for this ebike so i can have spare plug traveling or going for alonger ride so far the bike is ownsome epically all the hill near my house not even my hiboy make up some the hills

My first e-bike. Love it. Great ride for pedaling and assist. I can go any where and feel comfortable exercising on it or just resting while I ride. Great value at the price. 2 thoughts: It is heavy and wish it had a better manual for brake adj and using digital display. I recommend buying.

We received the bike on July 26th and had a few minor problems. The Customer service at Ridstar took care of all our concerns and now we’re very happy with the results. Did put a one star rating in at the site and for some reason can’t edit, But hopefully this new review will help. Would recommend this Bike – Model H20 Pro Also great price.
