I bought the ridstar H20Pro and I find it slow, tried maxing the settings but my bike is locked at 24mile/hour for max speed whatever i do. It is dual motor 20″wheel 2000W 48V.
Is there a developer mode on the screen or a way to unlock the max speed to 30-35mile/hour on flat floor? Thank you
Please test the electric bike speed via your phone GPS.
my h20 pro out goes 20mph with the rear motor only while in 3rd gear/level 5 but when i switch on the 2nd motor it quickly goes 31mph same gear and level while going uphill purchased 8/24
I bought ridstar H20, is not oning but all the light is working and the acoustic.. the monitor doesn’t display either.. the bike only work manually

I need replacement brake disc rotor but they dont even have it available for purchase on the website… please help

Moin Ridstar Freunde. Ich habe folgendes Problem, wenn ich fahre und eine Pause beim treten mache springt die Unterstützung erst dann an wenn ich fast schon stehe. Kann man das irgendwie einstellen das ich direkt wieder Unterstützung bekomme? MfG
Die Unterstützung greift erst dann wieder wenn ich fast stehe! Muss das so oder kann ich es einstellen?
